How do I open up SoftPerfect Connection Emulator in Windows terminal?

You cannot "open" Connection Emulator in the terminal because it is a GUI application, not a console one.

You can however launch it from there by supplying the full path, like C:\Program Files\SoftPerfect Connection Emulator\consim.exe
