Error message: Program doesn't support the version of Windows

Started by feddy

Hi,
I run Windows 11 on an ARM based computer. When I try to install the program, I receive the message "program does not support the version of Windows...".
I tried to change compatibility, but the same result. Maybe it is due to having an ARM-based laptop? Please advise.

Yes, this is due to the fact that you are running Windows designed for ARM64 processors. While it can run many standard applications via emulation, software that includes drivers cannot function unless those drivers are specifically built for ARM64.

At this time, our software does not support this architecture, but we may consider implementing ARM64 compatibility in the future if demand increases significantly.
