What do 3 dashes (---) in the Ping Time column mean?

If the scan shows MAC addresses but the Ping Time column shows "---" (dashes), does that mean the device is not connected to my WiFi?

It means that the device was discovered via an ARP request but did not respond to ping. So the ping time couldn't be measured. The device is still connected to your WiFi.
