I've been using this product for several months. For the last couple of days now, the software will not see one of my network switches. I have scanned this switch before, and no configuration has changed since the last scan. I can ping the switch from my computer, and I can access the web browser interface from my computer, yet the software does not seem to be able to see it. What could cause this?
There is no firewall between my computer and the switch. All of our machines are set up with Windows Firewall disabled. There is just one server and 3 other switches between me and the unscanned switch, and I can get to those other 3 switches.
