I am having a look at your Switch Port Mapper program and wondering if there is an export function to send scan results to a PDF or Excel spreadsheet.

Of course! You can save the results to XML, CSV, JSON, HTML or text file.

In particular, CSV would be suitable for a spreadsheet program. Plus you can easily turn it into a PDF if you have a PDF printer installed.
