We have just added the getting of the err-disable status from cErrDisableIfStatusTable. It should now display additional information under the Status column.
There was a bit of guesswork in the implementation as we don't have a switch supporting CISCO-ERR-DISABLE-MIB for testing, so please let me know how the new builds work for you.
Regarding the actual control features to bring a port up or down, at the moment the Port Mapper is more of a "read-only" tool. It reads and displays your device configuration, but it does not change anything. As far as I understand, most network admins manage their switches from a CLI shell, so you can launch a terminal and connect directly to a switch from the Port Mapper. Then simply enter the necessary commands.
