"System Error. Code: 1400. Invalid window handle" 15 November 2022, 12:50

Hi, every time I turn on the PC and Windows loads, I get an error: "System Error. Code: 1400. Invalid window handle".

I'll explain how to replicate the problem:
1. Start Windows 10.
2. Open Windows Explorer.
3. If the Explorer app crashes (not responding), close it by clicking on the X at the top right.
4. A black screen now appears. After a while the black screen is replaced by desktop icons and an error window appears with "System Error. Code: 1400. Invalid window handle".
