Dear Sir/Madam,

I work for a telecommunications regulator and we are looking for a way to monitor Internet quality at customer's locations. Your product "Connection Quality Monitor" seems to be an interesting option, and we have a question:
How can we change some settings, for example the test interval?

The test interval for both speed and ping can be changed simply by right-clicking the device you are connected to and then choosing Settings:
