Hi! is it possible to block everything else from connecting to the internet except those list of MAC addresses that i configured with bandwidth allocations?

Yes, it is. Just add a blocking rule at the end of the ruleset, something like this:
Source: 192.168.0.1 - 192.168.0.255 (your LAN range)
Destination: Any
Protocol: TCP/UDP
Rate: Blocked

Hi,

My current setup is via MAC address which roughly around 15 users & has rule for each applied. So this one to be added as a new rule right? I will try it later today thanks a lot.

Source: 192.168.0.1 - 192.168.0.255 (your LAN range)
Destination: Any
Protocol: TCP/UDP
Rate: Blocked

Yes, and it must be the last rule.
