Dear Sir/Madam,

Is it possible to block user from connecting to AnyDesk remote desktop?
You once explained to me how to block UltraViewer and it worked 100% fine. Can you help me again? Guide me how to block AnyDesk.

You can try blocking the entire net.anydesk.com domain. It may not work immediately, if the clients have cached DNS responses, but over a few hours it should get blocked.

Below is a screen shot showing how doing so prevents AnyDesk from connecting to its servers:
