Since v5.2.8 the app crashes. Cannot change any settings, as the exe crashes when exec.

Good news, I have been able to identify and fix this bug.

It only appeared when the Ignore LAN traffic option was on, on Windows Vista, 7 and 8 and only on 32-bit.

I am not getting crashes but the app does not seem to work with Ignore LAN selected.

It is completely ignoring my torrenting at least right now, and I never noticed anything wrong with it before. If I turn that option off it works, if I turn it on even with an empty list of LAN address ranges it instantly goes to 0 or thereabouts.

I have not restarted or anything to see if it persists, but am hoping this fix fixes my issue as well.

It looks like that fixed build fixed it for me (Jonathon from right above). Windows 7 (64-bit) btw.
It is strange that it was centered around the same option, maybe this bug did effect 64-bit, just not in the exact same way.
