Windows 8 x64, Networx 5.2.9 and 5.2.10.
if enable 'Ignore LAN traffic', the FTP client (OS built-in CLI or FileZilla or WinSCP, all of them got same issue) upload will get timeout when it reach 100%.
After transfer file, the FTP server won't know the the file already transferred, so it won't reply 426 to client.
Disable 'Ignore LAN traffic' or downgrade to 5.2.8 (or before) will solve this issue.
Maybe this is a bug in the new network filter introduced in 5.2.9.
