Getting "Network Currently Running" at installation, but it's not 06 October 2013, 02:21

Trying to install Network Update 5.2.10 -- currently have 5.2.9 on Windows XP with all updates.
I get the error message "Setup has detected that NetWorx is currently running. Please close all instances of it now, then click OK to Continue or Cancel to Exit"

I closed Networx and checked with Task Manager that no networx program is running, but still get the error message. Help?

Check in processes for networx.exe, is it still there?

I'm having the same problem. networx.exe is not running.

Even when you click show processes for all users?
