Hi Andrew,
For starters, I want to let you know that I am very happy and still using Networx 5.2.8 especially for the driver.

Now to to the point:
Since I believe in your capabilities and my situation:
1) I am looking for an auto-shutdown and (more importantly) auto-restart (from complete shutdown - not sleep or hibernation, et all lingos!) timer software.
2) Can this be implemented/include with your Networx 5.2.8 driver ?
3) if not, just may I ask for for advice your preferred program for shutdown timer and especially auto re-start timer software..anywhere on the web..but freeware?

For scheduled Windows shutdown you don't even need any third-party software.

This article explains how it can be done.

For automatic power on, it's very unlikely there's any software in existence. This feature may be present in BIOS and if it's there, you can set it up in BIOS settings.
