Monitoring Router   09 February 2014, 21:45

Hi,

I've had Networx running on my PC for a while now and I could monitor traffic on my Buffalo DD-WRT router without any problems.

I've now reinstalled Windows on my PC and I can no longer monitor my router traffic. I tried all the options in the Wan interface but it doesnt see the router traffic.
How can I fix this?

Most likely it's the firewall, try to disable it.

If it doesn't help, try settings values 1 or 2 for Router SNMP version in the hidden settings.

It works if I de-select ignore local lan traffic.
I don't want it to monitor local traffic though.

The Ignore LAN traffic tickbox monitors your computer, not your router.

If you are monitoring your router's WAN interface, there is no local traffic it and you don't need to tick the ignore LAN traffic option.
