Data synchronization: my roommate can see me, but I can't see him 17 April 2014, 10:34

I'm using your software trying to diagnose our network issues. Very nice, thank you.
However, I'm having an issue where we have both have data synchronization enabled and he can see me but I can't see him. Any idea why? We're not particularly tech savvy.

Could be his firewall stopping your queries, could be your Networx config isn't set up for his IP address.... or both
