Using NetWorx to log when DSL connection is lost   24 March 2015, 06:34

Dear Forum people,

I sent a letter to my ISP. This letter must be acknowledged when received and acknowledgement has legal value (This is French legal system).
The letter said roughly that " I loose connection so often [note: The ISP router itself acknowledge it] that I can barely watch a movie or give a skype call..."

I gave them the official 15 days to meet their obligation of service. They simply answered "there were no disconnections". Every time I call them when it happens, it is "oh...". They think I'm an idiot! It is driving me nuts.

How can I log my connection failures using NetWorx? I asked for a RIPE probe, but got no answer. I'm trusting this nice little free soft to help me!

Thanks a lot for your help.

Please see the page about the Connection Monitor feature.
Thanks a lot. I did not see it at first.
