Feature request for the Usage Report

Hi Andrew,

I have two queries/ requests regarding Usage Reports:

1. Applications Tab: Not sure for what period this report is by default but request that user may set a duration filter (as in Custom tab) and assess applications' internet usage for the filter duration. Hour level filter would be even nicer.
2. 'At a Glance' Tab: There are some user records belonging to a system that is permanently removed. Can they be removed? How?

The apps displayed at the Applications tab are those ever recorded. They are currently not separated by time or date, though we have received a few requests for a day filter. We'll add it soon.

Any old entries from the At a Glance tab can be removed by:

1. Download SQLiteSpy.
2. Launch it and load the NetWorx database file located in %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\SoftPerfect\NetWorx.
3. Run the following query in SQLiteSpy, where XXX is the computer name that you want to remove.
   

     DELETE FROM peer_usage WHERE COMP_NAME = 'XXX'  

4. Close SQLite (choose "No" if asked to save the statement).
