Error message: External Exception C06D007E

I am running Win7 and NetWorx 5.4.2 - 32 bit (latest version).

I want to use the Usage Report feature to track the traffic usage by applications. I turned on the Ignore LAN traffic option, but when I exit, the error message "External exception C06D007E" appears.

I tried both the install and portable versions of NetWorx. I also tried both the WFD and TDI LAN drivers options.

Any advice what I can do to fix this error?
