If NetWorx already has this feature, please let me know. If not, I would like to propose a new function that would inform the user about disconnecting from the Internet and log this in the program.

Yes, the Connection Monitor feature is already present in NetWorx and can be accessed via Tools - Connection monitor in the main menu.
