Hello! I make some tests... And if i simply create Ramdisk created on boot (without image file), then i have BSOD (1 time to 10 starts)

I make some tests... If I store pagefile.sys on my system disk C:\ all working fine... If pagefile.sys moved to other disk (Not system HDD or Ramdisk) I have a BSOD on starting windows... Any ideas?
