additional information southbridge: SB950 RAID bios version: unknown RAID 1 Read Cache Status: read ahead RAID 1 Write Cache Status: write back Storage Controller 1(SCSI): SoftPerfect Virtual Bus(ver. 2.5.1.0) Storage Controller 2(SCSI): AMD AHCI Compatible RAID Controller(ver. 3.3.1540.40) please advise me.

Image file creation fails in a certain environment(environment2) after updated to version 3.4.5. (from 3.4.2 or 3.4.3) What should I do? procedure: 1. - 2. Input filename, type, size, file system and OK 3. then "Creation of image file failed" (this happens regardless of No2 options) message detail: Creation of image file failed 1 Incorrect function event log: (no log)
