I have the same problem with 5.5 and monitoring the router. I have a Fritz!Box 7490, before the update the monitored interface has listed 'Router Fritz!Box 7490' with all the other options but after the update there is only 'Router' listed with the other options and I don't get any data from this option. I have downgraded back to 5.4.2. Rodney

Sorry Andrew, I found the problem. I think because of the other problem I had with NetWorx not finding my Router on startup I setup a delayed scheduled task to run it (and forgot about it), then when I installed the new version it added the startup with windows so not only did my problem with the Router come back but I also got the right click menu what I can't figure out is when I unticked the

Hi, I ran autoruns and could only find one entry for NetWorx so I went into settings of NetWorx and unticked the load on Windows startup and restarted the computer, NetWorx did not start. Manually started NetWorx went back into settings and tick Load on Windows startup and rebooted the computer... and after the reboot I get the right click menu again. Hi Andrew, It only shows up once after a reboot, if I RDP into the computer before the menu appears then it will show up where ever the mouse is when it does show up, other wise its in the center of the screen. It takes about 10 to 20 seconds after the software starts before the menu appears. Thanks Rodney

Hi, This has only been happening with the latest version 5.3.4 32 bit on a Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. Sorry for the late reply. I have installed the version 5.3.4 32-bit and have rebooted the computer twice and both times it worked. And it come up with the router's name and not 'Router'. Thanks Rodney

Yes, I have tested and as soon as I can stop and restart NetWorx its fine. If I setup a delayed start for NetWorx of 1 minute it works.

Hi, I am running the latest version 5.3.4 32bit on a Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. I have the software setup to monitor an interface 'Router FRITZ!Box 7490', everything works great until I restart the computer. It seems that the software starts before the network interface as I have to stop the software and restart it every time for it to pick up the interface. I have attached two images one

Hi, Every time I reboot my computer the system tray icon is missing. I have to close the program and run it again to get the system tray icon back. I am running the latest 5.3.1 32bit version on Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit. Thanks Rodney

Ok, I have the latest version 5.3.0 32-bit, I have checked for an update "No new version is available" but I do not have any option under the Notifications tab to send emails. Can someone shed some light on this?

Hi Andrew, Any chance that when you fix this problem you could get the minimum height down to 26 px? That way it will fit into the title bar of a maximized window (Windows 7). Thank Rodney

Hi, I have been using this software for a little while now but I have decided to monitor my router traffic by selecting 'Monitor my router rather than this computer' and selecting SNMP, IP Address and Bridge. Is there a way to keep the width of the task bar toolbar fixed in size? I RDP into the computer from all different sized screens so that on a wide screen the graph is very wide and on not so wide screens the graph is very small. Rodney

Thanks Andrew, that make more sense. I got two emails 1. Within the last 60 minutes there was received or sent more than 1.00 GB of data: received 14.2 MB sent 1.01 GB 2. ok, I reset all counters and than copied 2 GB across the network. 21/Jan/2014, 22:00 - 22:59, 8.60 KB/s, 604 KB/s, 31.7 MB, 2.22 GB, 2.26 GB The At a Glance Tab reports All traffic 2.26 On-peak 2.26 All others are 0. I did not access the software while the copy was running.

The Hours in 24-hr format is completely On-peak. and here are the last two hourly rates: 21/Jan/2014, 21:00 - 21:59, 12.0 KB/s, 361 KB/s, 44.3 MB, 1.33 GB, 1.38 GB 21/Jan/2014, 20:00 - 20:59, 162 KB/s, 790 KB/s, 596 MB, 2.91 GB, 3.51 GB No events fired.

ok, the environment variable works fine now to get the event to fire. when I set the notification condition to: received and sent more 1 MB 1 min All traffic the event fires: a lot but when set to: received and sent more 1 GB 1 h All traffic the event does not fire even when I copy a 2.6 GB file. any thoughts Regards Rodney

Yes, I have setup a run command to run a vbscript to email me but is there any way to provide the script with the Incoming Traffic, Outgoing Traffic and Total Traffic for that hour or for whatever trigger condition is setup?

Hi, I have just started using NetWorx moving away from other software that does the same. I have setup a notification when traffic 'received and sent more' than 1 GB within 1 hour. what I would like to do now is send an email with details such as Incoming Traffic, Outgoing Traffic and Total Traffic for that hour. is this possible?
