Performance with 10,000 rules, quotas, and groups

Hello,
I am just wondering if the software can handle 10,000 entries for rules, quota, and group perfectly well, with no issues. Also, does this affect the features such as data cut-off, website redirect and data throttle?

There is no hard limit on the number of entries; but the more you add, the slower everything will be. In extreme cases, you may see severe performance degradation, so it's better to test it thoroughly before deployment.
