System Error Code 1400 Invalid window handle

Hi, every time I turn on the PC and Windows loads, I get an error: "System Error. Code: 1400. Invalid window handle".
I'll explain how to replicate the problem:
- Start Windows 10.
- Open Windows Explorer.
- If the Explorer app crashes (not responding), close it by clicking on the X at the top right.
- A black screen now appears. After a while, the black screen is replaced by desktop icons and an error window appears with "System Error. Code: 1400. Invalid window handle".
