Is it possible to use variables like %0, %1, %2, [Column name] in the New Application window for the application title?

Example:

Application Title: B|Browsers|Explorer|C:\Users[[Logged User]]\Desktop
Command line: explorer.exe \%0\C$\Users[[Logged User]]\Desktop

So when the end user chooses from the available list, the application item looks like this:

B
Browsers
Explorer
C:\Users\Peter\Desktop

based on the selected scanned IP, in this case for Peter's computer.

It's theoretically doable, but the question is: how to handle the case where more than one device is selected?

It's not a problem for the actual command line as they are executed individually, but a menu would need to show them all at once.
