Friendly Names tab is greyed out

I don't have access to the Friendly Names tab. When I try to use it, it's greyed out.

To assign friendly names to network devices, you would first need to choose the columns that will be used for device identification.
Usually devices can be identified by their MAC address and/or IP address. You can simply choose these columns, and then you should be able to assign friendly names.
