Just to inform you that the last netscan_portable.zip snapshot build has been flagged as a severe menace by antivirus with Trojan:Script/Sabsik.EN.A!ml

You don't need to inform us about this: it is a very common problem called "false positive". There are no, and never have been, any trojans in any genuine SoftPerfect software products.
The most effective thing you can do in this situation is to contact that antivirus vendor and ask them to re-analyse the flagged file more thoroughly and remove their false positive detection.
