Windows computer description (Comment column) missing after update

Hi. After the version update, there is no setting with Windows system comments. I see the WMI, but not system comments. Was it removed or moved to another location? Thank you

Yes, it was removed in version 26.9. The option read the computer's Description field through an old Windows API, and since that field is empty on nearly every modern machine, we dropped it along with the Comment column.
The same value is still available through WMI, so you can get the column back in a minute:
- Go to
Options → Remote WMIand click New. - Enter an Item Name, for example Computer Description.
- In WQL Statement enter
SELECT Description FROM Win32_OperatingSystem - Click Test against one of your computers to check it returns the text, then OK.
Make sure the new item is ticked, and after the next scan it'll show as its own column with the same text you used to see.
