Popup window appears during nmap request scan

Every time I try to do a scan that uses an nmap request on one of its columns, a popup window appears:
User Account Control
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
The helper program for "Admin-only Mode"
Program location: …….. \NpcapHelper.exe"npcap-35352 35352
This occurs on Win 10 64bit PC.

It sounds like Npcap was installed with admin-only access, as shown below. The solution is obviously to reinstall it so that any user can access it.
