Custom report for specific data fields

Hi Team,
When we run NetScanner for a list of servers, we need to get a report which shows only certain data:
- Server Name
- IP
- Open Share (Yes/No)
We are going to use this summary report for the senior management. The detailed report that is currently available in the Network Scanner is for our technical team to remediate open shares.

There is a number of ways to get such selective reports. For example, you could:
- Apply a filter by share type and export only the visible rows and these specific columns [the simplest method]; or
- Run an XPath query against the XML file with the data (in a third-party XML editor); or
- Save everything to HTML and post-process it in something like MS Excel.
