Lost downloading tracking with Synology Router

Synology Router
I tried UPnP. It loses downloading tracking after a while.
Tried SNMP all settings, no tracking numbers.

Try these alternative apps once download tracking stops: UPnP Gateway Traffic Monitor and UPnP Monitor.
If neither works - the problem is in the router itself, and I am afraid there's nothing we can do about it.
