Speedmeter displays no data or history

Hello.
On Win10: Speedmeter seems to work, but nothing is displayed in the two lower windows of the speedmeter: no date & time, no results, no graph, no history. Backup does not work either ...
Can anyone help me?

To get the results in Speed Meter, you need to press the Start button and wait about 1 minute for the test to complete.
If still no results are displayed after that, please attach a real screen shot of the window you actually see (not a partially wiped picture from NetWorx manual), and we will try to investigate why it doesn't work for you.
I am experiencing the same thing. Is there a common cause for this? Did I miss a step in the install/config?
Never mind. It started working right after I wrote the previous message.
Just needed to wait a minute as said above.
