Monitor network with custom graph interval

In NetWorx, I want to monitor my network and see a graph every 5 seconds, or for the time that I want to configure, maybe 5 seconds or 5 minutes, and see the upload and download rate accordingly.

NetWorx only supports real-time monitoring, unfortunately there is no way to have 5m interval.
