Time-zone offset for daily allowance starting at 12.40 am

My daily allowance starts from 12.40 am. What should I put in the "Time-zone offset" option?

The Time-zone offset setting is for the situation when your ISP operates in a time zone different to that on your computer. Setting the offset makes your day to start at your midnight, not when there is midnight in the ISP's time zone.
Everything in NetWorx, including reports and quotas, operates with 1-hour granularity, so it can be either 12AM or 1AM (but not 12:40).

I put -40 in Time-zone offset, it works, new days measurements start at 12.40am each day now.
