TDiskDB.ExecSQL - Unable to open database file

Hi,
I am using Windows 8.1, I am having the above error message: TDiskDB.ExecSQL - Unable to open database file.
What is the solution? When I updated Windows this error is coming

Try installing the latest version of NetWorx, and if the problem persists after that, please post a screenshot of it.
