Add Telegram cache support

Hello!
Could you please add Telegram cache support to Cache Relocator? Like you added it for Discord.
In Windows 7, 8, 10 & 11, Telegram cache has this path:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Telegram Desktop\tdata\user_data
