Changing cluster size of a RAM disk on Windows 10 and 11

I need RAM disks for Win 10 and 11. Is it possible to change the cluster size of a RAM disk on those operating systems?

Cluster size is also called allocation unit size.
To change it for a RAM disk, simply open Disk Properties - Advanced, and then alter the Allocation Unit Size setting.
