Set cluster or allocation unit size for RAM disk

Hi,
Is it possible to set a certain cluster/allocation unit size for a RAM disk (exFAT, NTFS, etc.)?

Yes, the allocation unit size can be set in the Advanced Disk Properties (Add/Edit Disk - Advanced button):
