How to view or export all historical ping data

I have had the Ping Monitor for 1 month, set up to ping several IP addresses and record downtime and latency. In Settings > General > Data, I set "Keep history for" to "Forever".

How can I see all that data? Can I export it? My chart only shows the last 24 hours. Nothing is shown for 7 days, and I'm unable to scroll back.

Thanks for your help

Thank you for reporting this issue. The empty chart was a bug, and ironically "Forever" was the only setting that didn't work. The 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days options have always worked correctly. That same bug was also preventing the chart from scrolling back.

Please download the latest build and install it on top of your current installation. Your hosts and settings will be kept, and your "Keep history for" setting should still be set to "Forever".

There is no history export at the moment, but we have noted your request. If you are comfortable with SQLite, you can find those figures in Ping Monitor.db under %APPDATA%\SoftPerfect\Ping Monitor.
