Ping Monitor not catching all alert events

Hello - I am using Ping Monitor to document a problem with occasional switch port failures. It is great, but I noticed that it seems not to always catch all alert events.

I have set it to catch if >10% lost packets within a minute. However, I see a host that has been offline for more than an hour, but the alert script seems not to have been executed.
Also, sometimes alerts seem to have been triggered while the environment variables were empty.

I hope this can contribute to making Ping Monitor even better. :-)

Thank you for the log and screenshots. Both things you spotted are caused by the same oversight, and it's now fixed in the latest build.

There is a 15-minute cooldown between alerts. A host that starts failing during that time has its alert held back until the cooldown ends, which is intended, but Ping Monitor kept only a count of those hosts and did not track them individually. That's why the catch-up alert ran your script with empty variables. So the alert wasn't missed; it simply couldn't say which host it was about. Now, the fixed build correctly names every affected host.

That was FAST - thanks a lot!
I will let it run for the next couple of days and see what it catches.
