Ping Monitor keeps a host offline after it starts replying again

Hello!
It often happens that an IP address stops responding for a few seconds, causing the program to mark it as unavailable. Even when the ping returns, the program continues to show the address as unavailable for some time. Is there any way to adjust this? I would like to avoid having the IP I’m monitoring remain in an "offline" state when the ping has already returned and the address is actually accessible.
I see in the legend that a host is marked as "offline" if there is a packet loss of 10% or more. Is it possible to configure it so that the host status switches back to "online" as soon as the ping is restored? The "offline" status is a bit misleading when the host is actually responding to pings.
Thank you.
That's because the status was worked out from packet loss over the last 30 pings, so a host that dropped a few stayed red for up to half a minute after it started answering again. You're right that it's misleading, so we've changed it.
A host now goes offline only after 3 pings in a row get no reply, and the first reply brings it back. For the next 30 pings or so it shows as degraded (yellow), because the link did just lose packets, and then it turns green.
The fix is in the current version, 26.10, on the Ping Monitor page. Install it over your current copy.
