BSOD STOP 0x000000F4, Windows 7 SP1 64bit   01 October 2015, 06:01

Hi,
In a week I took two BSOD with the error code STOP 0x000000F4.
The only thing I can say in the order:
reinstalled from scratch W7 Professional 64 BIT
installed SSD 120 GB Sandisk Ultra II
RAMDISK installed

Various programs ... (if necessary I will tell you what)

Ram - Test with Memtest86+ is ok (no mistake)

sfc /verifyonly command did not find any mistake

I have a Compaq Notebook 6730S 4GB.

Any help will be appreciated

Unfortunately there isn't much we can do without a memory dump. If possible, could you please do the following?

1. Enable the kernel memory dump (a minidump is not sufficient).

2. Restart the system. Then once a crash occurs, post here the MEMORY.DMP file (compress it and upload to a file sharing service).

Hi Rossomike,

This is a known problem that multiple users already have reported and experienced, including myself.

Solution (for me, and most other users) is to enable the option "Use HardDrive Emulation Mode" when creating the RAMdisk. You should try it!
