Can the user list and time of scan be saved to a file for later analysis?

(Great that you still support XP)

There is no export function for that, but depending on your needs you can extract this info directly from the database file.

WiFi Guard uses a standard SQLite3 database located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\WiFi Guard, which can be loaded into any SQLite management tool and you can see the data you need in the ACTIVITY table:
