"File not open" error message when testing email

Hi,
I get the following error message when I want to test email notifications:
Quote

File not Open
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption.
Press Abort to kill the program.


Please advise.

This issue has been fixed a while ago. Please download the latest build and install it over your current installation.
Oh, sorry. It works now with the newest software installed.

This is because I see only program version 2.1.5 and no build version in the info box.

That is correct: the build number is not shown in the application, only the version.
When the new features an/or fixes are included in the official release, the version number changes and it becomes available for download on the WiFi Guard product page.

Sometimes you can find a solution faster if you try the forum search, have a look at the knowledge base, or check the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
