Application data usage reporting on macOS   20 August 2019, 09:22

Hi,
Will NetWorx (macOS version) be able to show me which programs or applications are using up all my bandwidth?
We have a Verizon MiFi hotspot, which burns through 15GB of data within the first 8 days of the data cycle, and have no idea what is using so much data.
Many thanks.

If you had only computers running Windows, you could install NetWorx on them and activate the "Ignore local traffic within the LAN" option (only Windows version has this functionality). This would enable per-application reporting and give you a good idea what's using most of your data.

If you [also] have other devices, like macOS computers, phones, tablets, gaming consoles or smart TV, unfortunately data usage on these cannot be monitored per-application, or at all. Please see this page for more details.
