NetWorx suddenly stopped counting traffic

NetWorx suddenly stopped counting traffic   29 December 2020, 13:07

I've been using NetWorx for some time and quite like it. It has been working well until two days ago when it suddenly stopped counting traffic. I refreshed it several times, but it seems to be stuck on the same Download and Upload numbers for two days. Any ideas?

Most likely, your list of network adapters has changed.

Please check whether your WiFi or wired network card is listed and selected in the Monitored Interfaces drop-down list.

Alternatively, you can try enabling the Ignore local traffic within the LAN option, which will activate a different data collection method, and see if that solves the issue.
