Licence key didn't arrive or was lost

Haven't received your licence key?

If you recently purchased our software product and haven't received any emails about your purchase from our merchant PayPro Global, first of all please have a look in your junk mail folder — even the best spam filters make occasional mistakes. If the email isn't there, you can check your order status and get the licence key via our order lookup service.

Lost your licence key?

If you lost the email containing your licence key, you can try the order lookup, which can retrieve orders placed after October 2018.
