RAM drive does not repopulate after reboot

I cannot get the RAM drive to repopulate after rebooting. I have created an image file from the program loaded in the RAM disk. I ticked open on startup but Windows says the RAM disk does not exist. I remount the image, but nothing on the RAM disk?

It looks like you created an image, but didn't create an actual RAM disk. Have you tried following these steps?
