Refund policy: try before you buy
We value customer satisfaction, so we offer free trials for all our products. We strongly recommend using the trial on your system before making a purchase, to ensure that it meets your needs and works well with your devices. Please note, due to payment processing costs, we provide refunds only for technical issues not found during the trial and unresolved by our support team.
Online payments
Your payment will be processed by PayPro Global Inc., an e-commerce expert in software sales. The payment form is located on a secure server and uses SSL to keep your data safe. PayPro accepts credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and other payment methods. Once your payment is finalised, a licence key will be sent to your email address.
All our commercial software is available for free downloading and trialling. Some products have infinite trial period with functional limitations, and some are fully-functional trial copies with a 30-day evaluation period.
If you like our software and wish to remove the limitations or continue to use it beyond the trial period, you need to purchase a licence. Once your payment is processed, we will immediately email you a licence key.
All SoftPerfect licences are perpetual and valid indefinitely for the software product version they were purchased for. In addition, our customers get free updates for one year from the date of purchase. Extended updates can be purchased at a discounted price together with the licence or renewed at any time later.
Only the latest versions of software products are available for download on SoftPerfect site. Users can choose to continue using an older version of the software at their discretion, but if they do so, they should ensure to keep a copy of all necessary files.
Students, faculty and staff members of accredited colleges, universities and other educational institutions are eligible to purchase our software with a discount of 50%. Non-profit organisations and public libraries may also be eligible for the discount. Please use the discount request page before making your purchase.
